The best way for parents or providers to ask questions about their Child Care Scholarship application/case or for child care providers to ask questions about their invoice or payment is to use the "Get A Scholarship" link below and submit the completed form to CCS Central 2. Forms submitted by 5 pm will be responded to by email within 3 business days.
