1. Tuition Payments

Tuition is due every Thursday morning, unless otherwise stated in writing.

A late fee of $25 will be applied if payment is not received by the due date.
2. Drop-In Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for all drop-in cancellations.

No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
3. Withdrawal Policy

Private Pay Families: A two-week written notice is required for withdrawal.

Scholarship Recipients: A four-week written notice is required for withdrawal.

No refunds will be issued for tuition after a withdrawal notice is given.
4. Absences and Provider Closures

No refunds will be issued for days when:

The provider is closed for any reason (including illness).

The child is absent for any reason.

Infants & Toddlers (Ages 0-2yr)
$350.00/per week
Drop-In Rate: $75.00

Preschool (Ages 3-4yr)
$300/per week
Drop-In Rate: $60.00

School Age (Age 5yr)
$275/per week
Drop-In Rate: $50.00
4
Before Care (7am-9am) & After Care (3:00pm-5pm)
Before Care- $100/per week
After Care- $150/per week
